What's In It Application Terms of Service
1. General Provisions
- These terms define the conditions for using the "What's In It" application (hereafter "the App") provided by Just Co., Ltd. (hereafter "the Company").
- Downloading or using the App means you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
- Translates Japanese food labels into multiple languages.
- For paid users, displays warnings if specific foods are included in ingredients based on user settings.
- Provides food information considering dietary restrictions due to allergies, religious beliefs, and vegetarianism.
3. Usage Precautions
- The App is not a substitute for medical advice.
- Translation accuracy has limitations.
- Users can get more accurate results by taking clear photos of ingredient labels.
- Users under 18 are recommended to use the App under adult supervision.
- Users with allergies should not rely solely on the App and should exercise maximum caution.
4. User Responsibilities
- Understand that information is based on Japanese food labeling standards. (Japanese law requires allergy labeling but not vegetarian or religious dietary information.)
- App information is for reference only. Final decisions are the user's responsibility.
- Users are responsible for managing their account and password.
- Transferring accounts or using them improperly is prohibited.
5. Accounts
- An account is required to customize foods to avoid.
- Accounts can be deleted using the designated function in the App.
6. Paid Features
- Paid features allow for personalized settings.
- Payments are made through the App following provided instructions.
- No refunds for any reason.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Company.
- Users are prohibited from unauthorized copying, modifying, or republishing.
8. Disclaimer
- The Company is not responsible for any damages related to using the App.
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of food information or translations.
- The Company is not responsible for results due to OCR accuracy or information inaccuracies.
9. App Updates
- Updates occur irregularly.
- Users are notified of updates through the App.
10. Changes to Terms
- These terms may change without notice.
- Changes are notified in the App. Continued use means agreement to changes.
11. Service Termination
- The Company will notify users through the App 30 days before terminating or significantly changing the service.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms are interpreted under Japanese law.
- The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance of any disputes.
13. Additional Notes
- The App strives for accurate information but does not guarantee absolute accuracy.
- For important health-related decisions, especially regarding allergies, consulting specialists is recommended.
- For underage users, adult supervision and content review are recommended.

What's In It アプリ利用規約
1. 総則
- 本規約は、株式会社ジャスト（以下「当社」）が提供する「What's In It」アプリ（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
- 本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. サービス内容
- 日本語の食品ラベルを多言語に翻訳します。
- 有料ユーザーの場合、ユーザー設定に基づいて特定の食品が原材料に含まれている場合に警告を表示します。
- アレルギー、宗教的信念、ベジタリアンによる食事制限を考慮した食品情報を提供します。
3. 使用上の注意
- 本アプリは医師のアドバイスに代わるものではありません。
- 翻訳の精度には限界があります。
- 原材料ラベルを鮮明に撮影することで、より正確な結果が得られます。
- 18歳未満のユーザーは、大人の監督下で本アプリを使用することをお勧めします。
- アレルギーのあるユーザーは、本アプリだけに頼らず、最大限の注意を払ってください。
4. ユーザーの責任
- 情報は日本の食品表示基準に基づいていることを理解してください。（日本の法律ではアレルギー表示が義務付けられていますが、ベジタリアンや宗教的食事情報は義務付けられていません。）
- アプリの情報は参考用です。最終決定はユーザーの責任です。
- ユーザーはアカウントとパスワードを管理する責任があります。
- アカウントの譲渡や不適切な使用は禁止されています。
5. アカウント
- 避けるべき食品をカスタマイズするにはアカウントが必要です。
- アカウントはアプリ内の指定された機能を使用して削除できます。
6. 有料機能
- 有料機能ではパーソナライズされた設定が可能です。
- 支払いは提供された指示に従ってアプリを通じて行われます。
- いかなる理由でも返金はありません。
7. 知的財産権
- アプリに関連するすべての知的財産権は当社に帰属します。
- ユーザーは許可なく複製、改変、再公開することはできません。
8. 免責事項
- 当社はアプリの使用に関連するいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。
- 当社は、食品情報や翻訳の正確性を保証するものではありません。
- 当社は、OCR の正確性や情報の不正確さに起因する結果について責任を負いません。
9. アプリの更新
- 更新は不定期に行われます。
- ユーザーはアプリを通じて更新について通知されます。
10. 規約の変更
- これらの規約は予告なしに変更される場合があります。
- 変更はアプリで通知されます。引き続き使用すると、変更に同意したことになります。
11. サービスの終了
- 当社は、サービスを終了または大幅に変更する 30 日前にアプリを通じてユーザーに通知します。
12. 準拠法および裁判管轄
- これらの規約は、日本法に基づいて解釈されます。
- 紛争の第一審は東京地方裁判所の専属管轄です。
13. 追加事項
- アプリは正確な情報の提供に努めていますが、絶対的な正確性を保証するものではありません。
- 特にアレルギーに関する重要な健康上の決定については、専門家に相談することをお勧めします。
